These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of carcarebible.com (the "Site") and your purchase of The 500K-Mile Car Care Bible and any related digital products (the "Products"). By using the Site or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site and Products are operated by The Car Care Bible (the "we", "us", or "operator"), a business established in the European Union. You can reach us any time at thecarcarebible@gmail.com.

2. The Products

Our Products are digital educational guides delivered as downloadable PDF files. After a successful payment, you receive instant access by email and on the order confirmation page.

3. Not professional advice

The Products are for general education and information only. They are not professional mechanical, safety, financial, or legal advice. Vehicles differ, and any maintenance or repair carries risk. Always follow your vehicle's owner's manual and consult a qualified professional for diagnosis and for any safety-critical work (including brakes, fuel, electrical, pressurized, and lifting tasks). You are responsible for your own decisions and for working safely. Results vary from car to car, and some readers may save little or nothing.

4. Payment

Prices are shown on the Site and are charged in the currency indicated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. By purchasing, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Licence and acceptable use

When you buy a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own private use. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or create derivative works from the Product, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and within the Products — text, layout, graphics, and design — is owned by the operator or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any vehicle damage, repair cost, or loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the laws of the country in which the operator is established, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting your mandatory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
