Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for The 500K-Mile Car Care Bible and our other products. Please read it before you buy.

1. Digital downloads (this product)

The 500K-Mile Car Care Bible is supplied as a digital file that you can download and keep as soon as your purchase is complete. Once the download has been made available to you, the sale is final and the product is non-refundable. By completing your purchase and accessing the download, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that the product is non-refundable.

2. Physical products

Refunds and returns apply to physical products only. Where we sell a physical item, standard consumer return and cancellation rights apply to that item, including, for EU consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal. These return rights do not apply to digital downloads.

3. EU consumers and your statutory rights

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been supplied with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. This is the case for our digital downloads. Your statutory rights in respect of physical goods are not affected by this policy.

4. Trouble accessing your file

If you have any problem downloading or opening your file, email us at thecarcarebible@gmail.com and we'll help you get access or send you a working copy as quickly as we can. In the rare event that we are genuinely unable to deliver the product to you at all, we will refund that purchase in full.

5. How any approved refund is issued

Where a refund is due under this policy, it is returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days to appear.
